Ahimsa Porter Sumchai is Expert in conventional and alternative therapies and is a Physician and surgeon. Ahimsa Sumchai received the UCSF Medical Alumni Association Alumni of the Year Award for 2021 and is an Author of The 21st Century Upright Woman-Low Back Pain and the Evolution of the Bipedal Spine Available on Amazon.com. Presently Ahimsa Porter Sumchai is an NSCA certified strength & conditioning professional and AAAI/ISMA certified sports nutritionist with over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. I have developed a gymnastics inspired strength & conditioning program that targets the spine, torso and pectoral girdle.
